At Daily Habit we’re on a mission to make wellbeing simple, sustainable and achievable for individuals and workplaces.

We believe prevention is the most powerful form of care. Whether it’s through what we eat, how we move, how we think or the environments we work in—small, consistent & sustainable habits are what create lasting wellbeing.

About Anne-marie Parsons

Wellbeing Strategist, Certified Health Coach, Founder and Director of Daily Habit

Anne-Marie Parsons is an Aussie living in Auckland, New Zealand. After more than 20 years leading health and wellbeing initiatives at top-ranked universities across Australia and New Zealand, she founded Daily Habit to bring a fresh, practical approach to wellbeing.

Her own health journey—shifting from exhaustion to energy through nutrition, gut health and simple, sustainable habits—shaped her passion for helping others thrive.

Today, Anne-Marie combines her expertise in wellbeing strategy, nutrition science and behaviour change to support both individuals and organisations to make healthy choices easier, more nourishing and more sustainable.
