About Us

Make great health a daily habit

At Daily Habit, we believe lasting health is built through simple, sustainable daily habits. We help people create the structure, support and strategies that make those habits stick.

“The best health routine is the one you can stick to.”

Anne-Marie Parsons, Daily Habit

about daily habit

At Daily Habit, we're on a mission to make good nutrition simple, sustainable and achievable.

We believe that lasting health is built through the small choices we make every day. Whether you're taking a GLP-1 medication, navigating midlife, or simply trying to eat well, it's not about perfection. It's about creating habits that support your health for the long term.

GLP-1 medications are changing the conversation around weight management. They can reduce appetite, but they don't reduce your body's nutritional needs. In fact, when you're eating less, every bite matters more.

That's why we combine evidence-based nutrition with practical behaviour change strategies to help people nourish their bodies with confidence. Our approach focuses on simple meals, realistic routines and sustainable habits that fit into real life.

Because lasting health doesn't come from chasing the perfect diet. It comes from building habits you can return to, day after day.
