Our founder, Anne-Marie Parsons, brings decades of experience in health, wellbeing, and behaviour change, shaped by leadership roles at top-ranked universities in Australia and New Zealand. As a certified Health Coach, she now helps people from all walks of life build practical, sustainable habits that support long-term health and wellbeing.
Anne-Marie’s own wellbeing journey began in her forties, when she realised that despite a lifelong love of food, she wasn’t nourishing herself in a way that supported energy or vitality. Through studying nutrition science and gut health, she transformed her lifestyle and discovered how small, consistent habits can completely change how you feel.
Today, she brings that same holistic, practical approach to her work by combining her experience in wellbeing strategy, coaching expertise and behaviour change to create meaningful change that last.
