At Daily Habit, we bring deep expertise in wellbeing—grounded in lived experience, evidence-based strategy and genuine care for helping people thrive.

Our founder, Anne-Marie Parsons, has led health and wellbeing at top-ranked universities in Australia and New Zealand, giving her first-hand insight into what truly drives wellbeing in large, complex organisations. She combines this strategic expertise with her work as a certified Health Coach, helping individuals and teams build sustainable, healthy habits that last.

Anne-Marie’s own wellbeing journey began in her forties, when she realised that despite a lifelong love of food, she wasn’t nourishing herself in a way that supported energy or vitality. Through studying nutrition science and gut health, she transformed her lifestyle and discovered how small, consistent habits can completely change how you feel.

Today, she brings that same holistic, practical approach to her work with individuals and organisations by combining her experience in wellbeing strategy, coaching expertise and behaviour change to create meaningful change that lasts.

Through Daily Habit’s partnership with My Everyday Wellbeing, Anne-Marie supports workplaces to strengthen psychosocial safety, improve wellbeing culture and create environments where people and performance can thrive together.
