I’m Anne-Marie Parsons, a certified health coach and wellbeing strategist. I help busy people turn health knowledge into real-life action—creating simple, sustainable habits that last. Together, we’ll uncover what your body truly needs and design routines that leave you energised, focused and thriving.
Health coaching isn’t about quick fixes or rigid rules. It’s about making small, achievable changes that build over time, so you can feel good not just for a week or a month, but for the long term.
My Health Journey
In late 2019, at 43, I realised something had to change. I wasn’t my best self — low in energy, carrying extra kilos, not exercising regularly and feeling exhausted all the time. I’ve always been a foodie (I LOVE food!), but I didn’t know how to truly nourish my body.
Since then, I’ve radically transformed my life. I became fascinated by nutrition science and gut health, gradually reshaped my diet, built habits that stuck, and discovered a level of energy and vitality I’d never felt before. Now, at 49, I’m the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been. That journey inspired me to become a Health Coach — so I can help others experience the same transformation.
I’m a certified Health Coach, here to help you achieve your health goals. My expertise is in food, nutrition and gut health — but I take a holistic approach. Together we’ll explore the habits, routines and lifestyle shifts that make the biggest difference for you, so you can feel energised, strong and full of vitality.

What's a Health Coach
A Health Coach is not here to tell you what to do. You are the expert of your own body. My role is to support you to uncover that inner wisdom, see the bigger picture, and make sustainable changes that truly fit your life.
Think of me as your biggest cheerleader and champion — the person in your corner who believes in you, sees your potential and helps you bring it out. I’ll celebrate your wins, keep you accountable when you need it, and help you find ways forward when things feel tough.
Health coaching is different from working with other health professionals. While I can share tools, strategies, and up-to-date nutrition & behaviour science, the real focus is on helping you explore your own motivations, overcome barriers and create habits that last.
I specialise in food, nutrition and gut health, because what we eat is the foundation of how we feel. But I also take a whole-person approach. Together we might explore:
- Boosting energy and focus
- Improving digestion and gut health
- Building physical fitness and strength
- Managing stress and mental wellbeing
- Creating healthy routines that stick
- Improving sleep and recovery
