I’ve been there! Every one of these symptoms has shown up in my life. I reached a point where I knew something had to change. If you’re here reading this you probably know it too. But the big question is, how?

Because I’ve been exactly where you are. Five years ago I hit the point so many women in midlife reach. Exhausted, stretched thin, running on fumes and feeling like I wasn’t being my best self. I knew something had to give, so I started making real changes to my relationships, my health and my work. Today I feel better than I ever have, and everything I learned along the way is what I bring into my coaching.

I’m a certified health coach and wellbeing strategist with many years of senior leadership experience in the public sector, leading large teams and steering strategy across complex organisations with big challenges to solve. I understand the pressure and pace of senior roles because I’ve lived it.

I’m also a solo mum of two teenagers, so I know the relentlessness of trying to be a present parent while holding together a career, a household and your own wellbeing at the same time. If anyone understands how overwhelming this stage of life can feel, it’s me! And like so many women, I learned the hard way that our own wellbeing is often the first thing to slip to the bottom of the list.

Along the way I made plenty of mistakes. I want you to navigate this chapter with more ease than I did: with balance, with clarity, with support and with someone in your corner who gets it and knows how to help you move forward.

My coaching blends lived wisdom, expert knowledge, practical tools and genuine care. I help women 40+ untangle what’s not working, make sense of what they truly need and shift into a way of living and leading that feels calm, joyful and sustainable

This is not therapy and it’s not theoretical. It’s grounded in practical action you can use everyday. It’s prevention not band-aiding symptoms.

  • 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions (in person or online)
  • weekly or fortnightly schedule to suit you

$2,000 plus GST for the full coaching series.

Applications take just a few minutes.

  3. If we’re aligned we’ll organise arrangements
  4. We begin in January or February 2026
Spaces available

I only take on a small number of women each quarter so I can give each person genuine attention and support. For Q1 2026 I have just six spots available.

Coaching is available in person or online, whatever suits you best.
