A small, hands-on coaching pilot for people using GLP-1 medications who want to build habits that last beyond the medication.
I’m seeing more and more people using GLP-1 medications, and I think there’s a gap in how people are supported while they’re on them and when they come off. This pilot is about understanding that properly and building something that genuinely helps people.
Why habits matter
GLP-1 medications work.
But they don’t build the habits that make results last.
Without structure:
- weight loss can include muscle, not just fat
- energy and nutrient intake can drop too low
- progress often slows or plateaus
And when the medication stops, or becomes too expensive, or simply isn’t sustainable long term, the underlying habits haven’t changed.
That’s when weight regain happens.
Make it last
Using a GLP-1 is one thing. Keeping the results is another.
GLP-1 medications can be life changing for your health and your appearance. What you do while you’re on them will determine what happens when you come off.

Cost
There is no cost for this pilot. This is a small, hands-on programme and I’m offering it at no cost so I can learn what actually helps people in this space.
I’ll be selecting a small number of people so I can work closely with each person.

Why work with me?
I’m a health coach and founder of Daily Habit. I focus on helping people build simple, sustainable ways of eating and living that support long-term health.
I’m particularly interested in what actually works in real life, not perfect plans or short-term fixes.
I’ve also been through my own health journey, losing 15kg by changing how I eat and the habits I rely on day to day. No extremes, just consistent, practical changes that I could stick to.
Today I feel better than I ever have, and that experience shapes how I coach.
Alongside this, I’m a certified health coach and wellbeing strategist with many years of senior leadership experience. I’ve spent my career helping people make meaningful change in complex, real-world environments, not ideal ones.
