Quick questions

I’ve only just started a GLP-1. Is this too early?

No. You can book any time after starting your medication, whether that was last week or last year. The session is built around where you are now.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. If you can jot down what you eat over two or three typical days beforehand, it can make the session even more useful, but it is not required.

What if my appetite or dose changes later?

Appetite often shifts as doses change. Some clients book another session when they move dose, encounter a new challenge or reach a different stage.
