Anne-Marie Parsons is an Aussie living in Auckland, New Zealand. After more than 20 years leading health and wellbeing initiatives at top-ranked universities across Australia and New Zealand, she founded Daily Habit to bring a fresh, practical approach to health & wellbeing.
Her own health journey—shifting from exhaustion to energy through nutrition, gut health and simple, sustainable habits—shaped her passion for helping others thrive.
Today, Anne-Marie combines her expertise in wellbeing strategy, nutrition science and behaviour change to support people to make healthy choices easier, more nourishing and more sustainable.
