For Angela, coaching provided personalised guidance, practical systems, accountability and someone in her corner as she navigated a major change in her relationship with food.

You probably do not need more information
There is no shortage of information about GLP-1s. Protein. Fibre. Side effects. Strength training. Dose changes. Plateaus. Supplements. What to eat. What not to eat.

Quick questions
When and how do I pay?
You choose your time first. An invoice for NZ$150 is emailed to you straight after booking, payable before your session. No card details are needed to hold your slot.
I’ve only just started a GLP-1. Is this too early?
No. You can book any time after starting your medication, whether that was last week or last year. The session is built around where you are now.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. If you can jot down what you eat over two or three typical days beforehand, it can make the session even more useful, but it is not required.
What if I need to change or cancel my time?
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email.
What if my appetite or dose changes later?
Appetite often shifts as doses change. Some clients book another session when they move dose, encounter a new challenge or reach a different stage.
Is this medical advice?
