"Wait, is this normal?"

Food on GLP-1 can feel surprisingly different, before you start and after. These are the questions that come up again and again, and exactly what this support is built around.

What do I actually make when food has lost its appeal?
Am I getting enough protein on smaller portions?
What should I keep in the fridge and pantry?
Why do meals feel harder to plan around now?
What's normal in the first weeks, and what isn't?
How do I build habits that last beyond the medication?
Food-first, practical support

Not another strict plan.

Our support is built for real life: smaller meals, shifting appetite, busy weeks, and the need for simple ideas that still feel nourishing.

1

Simple food structure

Clear starting points for meals and snacks, with protein first and zero overwhelm, built around appetites that change week to week.

2

Habits that actually stick

The medication changes appetite. It doesn't build routines. Small, realistic habits are what make the results last.

3

A real person, not an app

Practical guidance from Anne-Marie, a certified health coach in food, wellbeing and behaviour change, not a faceless program.

Why I created this

Because changing appetite is one thing. Changing habits is another.

Food on GLP-1s can feel unfamiliar quickly. Appetite changes. Routines that used to work stop fitting. Questions come up fast, and most people are left piecing together answers on their own.

As a certified health coach with a background in health, wellbeing and behaviour change, I wanted to build the kind of practical support I believe people should have from day one, whether that day is still ahead of you or already behind you.

Simple food ideas. Gentle structure. Reassurance when things feel uncertain. Support that works in real life.

"The right support early makes all the difference." Anne-Marie Parsons

Your first months set the tone for your whole journey.

Don't leave them to chance. Tell us where you're at, and we'll send support that fits.
