1. About Start Well

Start Well is a 4-week guided support programme designed for people who are starting, or preparing to start, a GLP-1.

The programme provides practical education, group coaching, wellbeing support, and resources to help participants feel more confident through the early stages.

2. What is included

• Weekly live group coaching calls during the 4-week programme.
• Private WhatsApp support throughout the programme period.
• Practical guidance around food, protein, nourishment, routines, side effects, and mindset.
• Starter resources and support materials.
• A small group setting with others going through a similar stage.

3. Educational support only

Start Well is educational and supportive in nature. It is not a medical service, medical consultation, nutrition prescription, or substitute for advice from your doctor, pharmacist, dietitian, or other healthcare provider.

Any questions about medication, dosage, symptoms, side effects, contraindications, or your personal medical situation should be discussed with your healthcare provider.

4. Your responsibility

By joining Start Well, you agree that you are responsible for your own health decisions and for seeking appropriate medical advice where needed.

You also agree to use the programme information in a way that is appropriate for your own circumstances and to speak with your healthcare provider if you are unsure.

5. Group participation

Start Well is designed to be a respectful and supportive group environment. Participants are expected to communicate kindly, respect different experiences, and maintain the privacy of other people in the group.

Please do not share another participant’s personal information, comments, screenshots, or messages outside the programme.

6. WhatsApp support

WhatsApp support is provided during the 4-week programme period for general questions, encouragement, and practical support related to the programme content.

WhatsApp support is not intended for urgent medical questions, medication advice, or crisis support.

7. Results and experiences vary

Everyone’s experience with GLP-1 medication and lifestyle change is different. Start Well does not guarantee any specific result, weight change, health outcome, or medication experience.

The aim of the programme is to provide support, education, and practical guidance during the early stages.

8. Payment and place confirmation

Your place in the programme is confirmed once checkout has been completed and payment has been received.

Places may be limited so the group can remain small and supportive.

9. Cancellations and refunds

If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because Start Well is a small group programme with limited places, refunds may not be available once the programme has started. If you contact us before the programme begins, we will do our best to find a fair solution, which may include moving you to a future cohort where available.

10. Programme access and materials

Any resources, guides, recordings, templates, or programme materials provided are for your personal use only.

Please do not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or resell the programme materials without written permission.

11. Privacy

We will use the information you provide to manage your participation in Start Well, communicate with you about the programme, and provide support during the programme period.

We will treat your personal information with care and will not knowingly share your private information with other participants without your permission.

12. Agreement

By completing checkout and joining Start Well, you confirm that you have read and understood these Programme Terms.
